Abundance

The MINIMAL online design shop serves to offer products that have been created, collaborated, and curated by the MINIMAL team. To commemorate our tenth anniversary, we introduce the X-Series Automatic Watch Collection as our first product, starting with the Anniversary Edition—a serialized automatic Japanese timepiece designed by Scott Wilson and handcrafted by our long-time horological partners. The MNML X-Series features a Japanese automatic movement, unique machined Atrium Sapphire lens design, and leather straps from Chicago’s famous Horween leather tannery.

The first 200 serialized timepieces are intended for MNML’s friends and fans that have followed and supported our journey over the last decade.

Designs that inspire us most exist beyond trend, span decades, and live on for generations. Objects that have been thoughtfully considered and get better with age. This is at the heart of the MNML Shop and upcoming collections of everyday design essentials.

MINIMAL was founded in 2007 by Scott Wilson, former Nike Global Design Director and one of TIME magazine’s and Fast Company’s Most Influential Designers. Recipient of the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt National Design Award, an honor bestowed on the top designer in the country, he and his team of award-winning, diversely talented design professionals are forever looking for opportunities to create new categories and elevate existing ones.

For 10 years MINIMAL’s team of designers, engineers, strategists, and storytellers have been crafting meaningful solutions and game-changing products for exciting early stage startups as well as industry leaders.
